Delivery Info & Returns Policy
DELIVERY IN THE UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND
When will my order be delivered?
Most deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. The majority of UK orders are normally received within approximately 5 working days of ordering.
International delivery costs start at £10 and will be delivered in apporoximarely 10 working days from the date of despatch.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
You will receive an email to let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched. We advise double checking your email address when placing your order to ensure that you receive this email. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, however we will require the billing address of the card for our security checks. To add a separate delivery address click the ‘Add Address’ button on the right hand side of the screen when you are entering your checkout details.
We are happy to deliver to work addresses. If you require your parcel to be delivered to a specific department, please include this in the ‘Extra Delivery Info’ box.
Can I have my order delivered to a British Forces Post Office address?
Yes, however please be aware that our delivery times are for delivery to the BPFO Headquarters, and not to you. It can take extra time for your parcel to pass through the BFPO delivery service.
My order has been damaged in transit
Please contact us with details of the damage to your parcel within three days of receipt. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse and checked, we’ll send out replacements.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from 2B Enterprises Ltd. Sometimes however, there will be reasons why you wish to return your goods.
We will refund return postage for faulty or incorrect items up the value of second class recorded.
If You Have Changed Your Mind - To help you we have a 30 day returns policy
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 30 days, then you will be entitled to an exchange, a credit or a refund. If goods have been in your possession longer than 30 days from the time of purchase and you wish to return items, then we are happy to accept these items for an exchange or a credit. This is on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
Return if possible in good condition all packaging and user manuals
Return the goods in a condition that would enable 2B Enterprises Ltd to resell them as new.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery stating the damage or refuse to accept the parcel. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse we'll send out replacements.
Cancellation Rights & Returns – UK and EU
If you live in the United Kingdom or another European Union country, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods.
Please note that you are under a legal duty to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure that the goods remain in the best possible condition.
Please take particular care with items which are easily damaged. If you need guidance on the best way to try any item without damaging it, please contact us.
Should you decide to return the goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing (by post to the address below or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and to take care of them.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible, with as much of their original packaging and their original paperwork as possible. We will refund to your credit/debit card, within 30 working days of receiving the goods, the sums paid by you in relation to them.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation notice, we may choose to recover the goods from you, and if we do so, to charge you for the cost of doing so. If, despite sending a cancellation notice, you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made, and if we have already granted a refund, you will be re-charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
